This doesn't sound good. Maybe something inside the control box came loose. But then again maybe you do have a a few bad micro SD cards. I use an 8 gb sandisk class 4 micro sd card. I think it's a few years old. Seems to work ok. One thing I gotta say is that the Creality CR-10 doesn't like it when the card is filled up or filled near capacity.
